Max is best friends with Sam but thinks of him as more than a best friend. Sam is straight and even though Max likes him, he knows that nothing will ever happen. Sam is the kind of guy who sleeps with far too many women and Max has to hear all about it because that's what best friends do.
But something happens and memories are brought flooding back to Sam. Memories of a time in his life that he had buried down because back then it was easier to lie than to fight for who he was. But now, will Sam accept who he truly is, or will he continue to lie to himself because pretending to be who he was told to be is all he knows.
