Grimace

This is a story of the death's personification. Grim, a soul taker also the protagonist was occupied with his responsibility of taking souls from physical world to Deliro, the underworld which governs 4 Dark Rings; Black Woods, Black Bridge, Black Lake and Black Gate.

The story unfolds and starts at guiding Isabela, 26-year old grade-school teacher that died at a delivery room of a hospital. Like any other souls, Isabela remembered some of her significant memories; from her most sinful acts to her greatest desire. Along the journey in the afterlife, the story unfolds Isabela's life way back in the physical world which defines what kind of person she had become until her last breath.

After taking Isabela to the Black Gate, his last stop and the passage to Mt. Cadapus, his Red Book, a list of souls' name and information made him take another soul. That's Renan, died in a car accident at the age of 35. Terrible things happened at the Black Woods, the first ring of Deliro, when Renan remembered all the drugs he once possessed and the bunch of money related to it. He also remembered immoral crime which indirectly related to his illegality. He was terrified and managed to get off from Grim's grip. He then pushed Grim to crash into tree trunk and ran back into material world.

When Grim lost Renan, the Red Book started to move strangely. And suddenly, it flew away towards and up to the top of Mt. Cadapus. Without the book, Grim started to feel weak and noticed changes in his human-like body.

He knew from the start, that the moment he fail to bring a soul into Black Gate, things will be worst for him. But he's not certain weither he is prepared for it or not.

Having no other choices left, he persisted on finding Renan while discovering secrets of Deliro and fact that the underworld is way much bigger than what he would have thought. Realizing he only knew things as few as a pinch of sand from Black Lake's shore.
