"Eeekkk" went the old gate of the creepy looking house. I walked in the garden and knocked on the door I heard the sound of foot steps coming closer and closer.... But them the sound went away so I opened the door and the house looked so old and dusty. There was even a big chandelier right in the middle of the living room. I started to walk around and I tripped over a door handle on the floor, so I grabbed it but it was attached to the floor. So I pulled it forwards and the trap door opened. I walked inside the room it was like a little hallway. It was dark but luckily I brought a torch. So I turned it on and shined it in front of me.

An eerie silence echoed through the house at the end of Yellow Brooke Street, the wind outside slammed toward the wooden walls making a whistle inside the house from the cracked windows; the front door made a thud each time it slammed toward the wall and the screams from the dead gave the house an uneasiness to it. I stood before the house, while my friends were excited to do the exact opposite of what our parents told us to; I was not. I trusted my mother when she told us to never get close to this place. "You guys ready?" Diana said with joy in her voice, I stuttered. "No.." the fear in my voice was obvious, though no one seemed to care. Dan glanced at me and chuckled. "Really? It's just a house." "It's a haunted house." I said nervously. "Maybe we should trust our parents on this, they told us that it isn't safe for a reason." "You wimp." Diana joked, she wasn't serious; it was just to get me with them and of course she knew that it would work. "It's fine if you don't want to Luna." Lucas said, at least he was cool about it. "I-I'm not a wimp!" I stumbled on my words. "Yey!" Diana said happily and rushed toward me with her arms open. "I'll buy you McDonalds after this." I hugged her, even though I wasn't happy. I looked at the time. 12.20am
