After a few months of being aboard the Resolute, a mysterious breach sends parts of the crew flying off into an emergency evacuation onto an unknown planet quite similar to Earth, where the remaining of the Resolute try for survival, including Y/N and a close friend of hers. Once they get used to the planet, the crew brainstorms a way to get out while Y/N explores the outdoors. She meets a fellow crew mate, Will Robinson, and embarks in a journey with his family and an alien robot to get back to the mothership.
