Max Caulfield has had a strange few months. She discovered she had time rewind powers, solved the disappearance of a missing teenage girl, and saved her best friend Chloe Price, and her town Arcadia Bay from a storm.
Max quit using her powers, but she starts having visions of a familiar, fierce girl, that's supposed to be dead- Rachel Amber.
Chloe and Max try to make sense of the visions, and find out the true story about what really happened to Rachel.
