Izuku Midoriya has grown up quirkless and bullied by his classmates because of this. Inko Midoriya has been coming home drunk since Izuku was 6 and physically abusing him. He is depressed in life, the only things good are heros and a website he's found.

(I suck at making summaries) Seven years post war. Izuku has been quirkless as his friends are off being pro heroes. Walking to his job as a U.A teacher, a villain jumps out in front of him, accidentally returning One for All. It should be great, getting his quirk, well 'given' quirk back. The problem is, he shattered his arm once again while using it. He didn't get all the training back, he has to start from scratch.

Izuku used to live with his mother, Inko Midoryia and was great friends with Katsuki. However, after losing his mom, he called his father. Little did he know, showing him what his quirk was would change his life for better and worse. And that his father is All For One, the number one villain in Japan. What's so bad about being quirkless?
Izuku Midoriya more commonly known as Deku, nerd, waste of space, and useless. Little do those with quirks understand the reality of being quirkless; how hard it is to simply survive let alone live and actually enjoy what life has to offer. Izuku hasn't had it easy in life but he at least has grown up in the real world instead of the pampered and over glorified life you gain if your given the oh so wonderful quirk. After the tragic event of losing his mother his life just spiraled further and further down the rabbit hole. I mean really; what's so bad about being quirkless?
