Hitomi is the younger sister of Naurto Uzumaki. Even though they are related they are completely different from each other. Naruto is a strong, hyperactive, knuckle head ninja, while Hitomi is weak, sick, and calm. She has been in and out of the hospital since the age of three, unable to save Naruto from the hatred and loneliness that he received. Once Naruto leaves for training with Jiraiya, this all changes.
