I've created this guide of my experiences, tips & other things you can do to improve yourself or learn from, need confidence? losing self-love or worth? want to take care of yourself & become the most best version you can be? this is the guide for you!
I'm currently following most of these steps myself & I will add a few stories about myself in this guide to add a more authentic touch to it! I hope whoever reads this it helps to support & motivate you! Thank you for reading & please share with someone you think needs it! <3
Edit: I completely forgot I created this & didn't expect it to get so many reads, time has really gone by so fast so I'll definitely be returning onto this since I have a lot more ideas that could help everyone during these times!

Pieces of Me.
Hi there, how are you? I hope you're okay. Like the title says, this book is made of pieces of me, sort of like a diary. Each chapter has its topic, message and feeling. I write it as my life goes on, pouring my heart out, mentioning a lot of the past and situations I haven't overcome, voicing my struggles, wins and losses, lessons and pain.
