some thoughts i had written when i was feeling at my lowest, i had anxiety/depression, i wanted to post them, if it can help somebody going through similar feelings/sensations. if you feel the need to talk to someone i'm here for you, just dm me❤️ wanted to mention that i'm now feeling better, i seeked help from a professionnal and i'm on medication for anxiety/depression. if you are feeling down, it's okay to ask for help, talk to your parents, friends, whoever you're comfortable with. it does get better💓All Rights Reserved

Just things I write well I'm not in a very good Place. I thought these aren't half bad. So why don't I share them with other people not only myself? So here we are I hope you like them. Also if some of them are Quotes or Poems you've seen before feel free to tell me, because I never looked anything up just wrote what came to mind. So maybe I wrote a Quote, that has already been thought of, and of course Thank you for even clicking on this worthless, trashy, and utterly pointless book... Side note it gets better at the end of this book. The beginning is 6th grade me (11-12 year old me) so it's pretty fucking terrible, but who gives a fuck anyway? Not Me!

I didn't have a sibling die in a car accident. I was never really bullied either. I attempted suicide because, for the first time in years, I thought I had found something that could make me feel again... and after not feeling much at all for far too long, perhaps I went a bit overboard
