some thoughts i had written when i was feeling at my lowest, i had anxiety/depression, i wanted to post them, if it can help somebody going through similar feelings/sensations. if you feel the need to talk to someone i'm here for you, just dm me❤️ wanted to mention that i'm now feeling better, i seeked help from a professionnal and i'm on medication for anxiety/depression. if you are feeling down, it's okay to ask for help, talk to your parents, friends, whoever you're comfortable with. it does get better💓
