The unseen world

Cedrica Raven Bannermane was a bounty hunter but no one can know. Bounty hunters are seen as a sin that needed to be gone. Their powers were like none anyone had seen and that scared the council. People always knew they existed so no one did much harm to people, other wise you were on a list that wasn't good to be on.
On October 7, 1587 bounty hunter's history was lost. As the years passed their race became a mere fairytale in the Fae world. Now, when there is a bounty hunter brought up in is the high councils job to murder or take care of the threat.
The high council is who runs Castoria the lost world. Humans and Fae stay separate. As the War Of Nightmares was over, it was decreed that the 2 worlds remain separate. Humans Have what they call earth and Fae have Castoria. Which is divided into cultures. First is the hierarchy which is the Drow. You have the second class, which is the rest of the elves. Than you have the lower class, which can be held as barbarians, tieflings, anything that the council calls scum.

"Algar Tatte" A voice whispered around Cedrica. Though this was normal for her. She knew every one of the wrong doings in a split second of hearing their name.
