"I haven't met 'The One'", "do you think we'll be 'equally yoked'?", "I just feel like the Lord has highlighted this person to me" - along many other popular Christian phrases that Christians use when they talk about dating.

Yes, dating. That chasm between singleness and married. That area that the Bible has not many specifics or mentions about. And because dating is not clearly mentioned in the Bible, many Christians who have a biblical compass that helps them navigate through life are now lost at sea, looking for the true and God-ordained way to date. A lot of hearsay, popular wisdom and opinions on dating have become dogma and doctrine that many Christians just because some preacher or pastor preached about it and that video had a million views on YouTube.

I used to be one of those people who just believed some prolific pastor's preaching or some famous relationship ministry/movement's Instagram on dating, because the Bible actually does not say much about it.

I started dating for a few months now, and the truths I am learning are pretty practical, yet I wished someone would equipped me with, as I walked into and through the transition between singleness and marriage.
