Kate is normal. Normal family, normal friends, normal life. In fact, she finds it a little boring, a little monotonous.
That all disappears when Alex, a boy with green eyes like emeralds arrives at her school. She is immediately drawn to him. He watches her. There are times when she feels as if she knows him.
