Kate is normal. Normal family, normal friends, normal life. In fact, she finds it a little boring, a little monotonous. 

That all disappears when Alex, a boy with green eyes like emeralds arrives at her school. She is immediately drawn to him. He watches her. There are times when she feels as if she knows him.

They talk for the first time, and then the impossible happens.

She is literally sucked into a different world of a different time frame and totally different people. Alex has been captured, and she must free him. 

What happens before and after, is still a mystery that is about to be revealed.
