A group of students who have unique flaws. A girl has ice, a boy electric, and a squirrel??! These students are special, all the age of fifteen and each of them have their own reasons to wanna protect the people they are training to protect. The world at this point has evolved with out of this world abilities!!
They're called EVO-utility, standing for evolution technique. Many has them, but only 30% of the world's population so far has them. That's different for a small town in Hokkaido, Japan. Most of the world's people come here since it's got a lot of evolved things for people like themselves. The school they will be attending is here, kids from over the world attend here.
