Eggs have been always considered as a nutrient-rich food with lots of protein. In fact, eggs being low in carbohydrates are always termed as a great option for weight loss diet. But, people who have heart problems are always advised to avoid eggs and the main reason for this is that they are high in cholesterol that could lead to heart issues.
