The site and app with a list of people. Every person with a social media account has been put onto the list without knowing until the site was discovered. People can add who they want to the app, including providing information on where other people live or where they are. Everyone starts with 0 out of 1000 points. (0/1000). You don't want to hit maximum points (1000,100), so the only way to increase the max points you have, (to get 0/1010 for example) is to search up someone and vote for them to get points. The least amount of points the better. When you vote for someone, they receive 10 points, you gaining 10 points on your max total. If you get voted for, you get 10 points added, (10/1000).
The worst part is, you can post on the site. The best way for you to get points is for you to be the one to hunt down and kill someone that has "hit red". You hit red when you hit max points ( for example (3000/3000) . When you hit red, your picture will be put on the red page, allowing everyone to comment your location to hunt you down. If you do hunt someone (that hit red) down and kill them, you post a picture of their body and get double your max points (for example 0/1000 goes up to 0/2000 ).
If someone has reached red points, they will appear on the REDDER page, a strolling page of people that hit red. once you hit red, you will never be removed from the REDDER page.
