Thomas in a not so paradise

It's been 4 weeks since they got to paradise. Thomas can't stop thinking about Newt. He keeps having panic attacks. He still hasn't told anyone what he did to his best friend. He mainly just stays in his room laying in his bed only eating when someone forces him to. He hardly talks. Everyone's worried about him but all he wants is Newt. He doesn't let people call him nicknames. He won't ever let himself feel happy. What happens when he finally can't take anymore of this? All rights to James Dashner.
