The Other Side

She is considered a low life Puerto Rican, living in the poverty world of New York. Stuck taking care of her niece because her sister is a druggie. Her family runs a gang. Betrothed and abused to a man who sees her a trophy, all she wants is to get her niece out of there.

He is a cop from a rich, snobby family who has never seen the other side of the spoiled lifestyle. All of that changes when he sees a sassy 7yr old stealing candy and is faced with her fiery aunt who is cautious around police enforcement.

Falling for each other was never in the books and could get them in deep trouble. But does that stop them?
