Few days before their graduation, nagplano ng isang field trip ang mga ka-batch ni Apocalypse sa Mount Dinukot, Sinakuban Forest. Bagamat tutol ang ina ni Apocalypse, hindi nakinig ang dalaga sa pangitain ng kaniyang ina at pilit niya itong tinakasan.

Sumapit ang gabi, dumating ang napakalakas na bagyo. Naligaw sa isang kagubatan ang mga mag-aaral. Nagkagulo at nagkahiwa-hiwalay, naiwan si Apocalypse na mag-isa.

Biglang nawala ang mga tao sa kaniyang paningin. Hanggang sa isang iglap, siya na lang ang natitira.

Sa paglipas ng ilang oras, hindi na muling sumikat ang araw. 

Puno ng putik at galos, namataan na lamang ni Apocalypse ang kaniyang sarili sa bisig ng isang nilalang.
