An old king of Arcosia, Subzre, had been building his army for years and years, waiting for the right moment to begin his pet project; restore Arcosia, and make sure no-one else can stop him. He's recruited mercenaries to search for universal heroes and kill them while they don't expect it, and also to scavenge for resources on other planets.

Goku, one of the defenders of Otherworld, has been training in Otherworld for two years now alongside Piccolo, getting stronger by the day. Goku has a power waiting to be unlocked. Piccolo and he are working towards something together. Their mentor, Freyzion, has been merged with the power of the Arcosian Shenron, but in which circumstances?

Gohan and Vegeta are the new defenders of Earth. Both of them have been training hard. Vegeta is trying to push himself further to Super Super Saiyan 4, and he's on the verge of a great power, and Gohan is trying to push himself to greater heights, wanting to make sure that Goku and Piccolo's death weren't all for nothing.
