An imaginative American transfer student arrives in a small Japanese town called Kanousei, where danger is never far behind to her surprise. Merely having the superpower of quickly whipping up artistic ideas, good or bad, she will find that her creations could be used to her advantage, even if they are made out of flimsy, dull paper rolls, which are beacons of endless possibilities in her eyes. But as soon as she accidentally created him, a living toilet paper roll who calls himself Tei presented a passion for adventure to foil the plan for her to have a safer experience. He is soon motivated to establish a youthful band of heroes in order for their courage to compete for the spotlight against the spontaneous evil of the town before the citizens embrace the evil agenda and turn against any opposition. Thus, she meets others to share her creativity with, including a charmer looking for a home, a jolly Down-Syndrome boy, a motherly teen girl with an opposing younger sister, a mysterious deadpan girl, a crude color-deficient teen, and a snarky Korean barista just to name a few. So now that she and her new friends are offered to be heroes while maintaining their school lives, they will thrive to save the day no matter how bizarre the circumstance or strategy! - - - Written by Zanna Torcivia and Slyray!
