I looked around to see where Zaidan had disappeared and when my eyes finally met his. He had raging fire in his eyes that made me take a step back in fear.
"What did I d..do?" I stuttered
A loud slap echoed through the living room and I felt a stinging sensation on my left cheek, tears immediately blurred my my sight and my gaze remained fixed on a single spot on the floor.
"You married the wrong person! I'm not who you think I am. I am going to make your life so miserable that you are going to beg me for divorce. Stay out of my way. Don't come near me.
