Imani is the older sister of Latrell and the daughter of a prophet. But she hated that life and wanted nothing to do with it. She stayed away as much as possible and could usually be found hanging out with her best friend Mario.
Hanging out with Mario resulted in hanging out with his brothers friends. One of his friends happened to be the younger brother of the Santos member Spooky Diaz, who Mario was also friends with.
From the moment they met, she couldn't keep him out of her mind. One night at a party, the two shared a kiss. That kiss soon led to something else and not long after, Imani found out she was expecting. She couldn't tell Spooky because he was too busy getting sent to jail.
Now four years later he's home and Imani has a four year old that doesn't know who her father is. Nobody but Mario knows that Oscar is her dad at first. Everyone else finds out eventually. Including Spooky himself.
