Okay, I changed the description, I couldn't help it. Anyways, I decided to write this book after I read 'The Deaf And The Loud', by @SugarPlumFairy25 and it's a story about Raph and this friend he made who's deaf. I recommend it. So that got me thinking: That's one heck of an idea. In the good way. But instead of being deaf, why not make a character who's blind? And from that random thought, I ended up writing this book. I hope you enjoy it. #P.S: The previous description was sort of a summary of the book, but I thought leaving it for you readers who might think this book is kind of interesting, or are just curious to know what the heck this is about, to find out. Savvy?

*CURRENTLY EDITING! This version may or may not contain harmful stereotypes and I had been meaning to revise them and change them so better messages are communicated. Also, chapter numbers may be repeated due to newer chapters that I added after originally finishing the story. Thank u!* Owen Watson isn't what others consider a people's person. Introverted and bookish as he is, Owen is known to be grouchy and easily annoyed, especially with people who treat him as someone who is only defined by their disability. He was in a wheelchair, but he was fine anyway. Being in one means standing out, and one of the things Owen hates the most is attention. He just wants to sit back in the shadows with a good book. Everything changed when Athena Calimeris stumbled into his life and made things more complicated. Athena is your typical, bubbly, girl next door. Child at heart, people wouldn't think twice to know that she's a former child prodigy. Though her recent past tells a different story, she is as fragile as any other person can be despite her playful, sunny personality. Due to a not-so typical meeting, Owen and Athena aren't exactly instant partners in crime. With a little sprinkle of blossoming friendship and a tiny pinch of eye rolling, falling for the other might seem impossible, but not entirely.
