Description of the engineering college I went to in the city of Bhubaneswar in India.
It was an upcoming college back in 2002. Now it is one of the premiere engineering institute in the state of Odisha in India. With minimal and basic physical infrastructure, the college offered a blend of the known and the unknown. The adjoining area was under-developed, yet the feel within the campus was a mix of excitement and bewilderment.
