Addison Williams has grown up in the shadow of her older brother Jackson. It's not that surprising to her, considering he's always been destined for the greats in hockey, while she's... nothing special. She's spent most of her childhood and teenage years being dragged to his various tournments and games, and by the time she's sixteen, she's sick of it.

Calum Hood is used to all the girls fawning over him. He's grown up with adults telling him that he'll make it to the NHL one day. And since his family relocated to Canda when he was only five, there isn't a better place he could have grown up than a hockey-crazed country.

Neither one of them expected to find a warm heart in that fateful chilly arena.
