The year is 2097. Seventy seven years after the frightening reign of Shadownova, all is at peace... Well, not completely. Today, the world is much different than it was all those years ago, highly advanced technology and other amazing things have greatly changed not just the world, but the entire Multiverse... Thanks to the greatest scientist to ever live... This Multiverse can now interact with other Multiverses... But this could be massively exploited...
    
    A cyborg ninja jackal known as Volt, arrives back to his time to meet with his boss, the CEO of Atlas,  the most powerful company in the Omniverse which can do anything it wants. The CEO has a bunch of jobs for our jackal to do, these being assassination missions. What could they mean?
    
    However, our cyborg jackal finds himself in a world full of villains, just like his legendary ascendant before him all those years ago.
