When it wasn't his home life giving him anxiety, it was life in general. He grew up in an abusive, unstable household and had learned to walk on eggshells around everyone he met. This was why he only had one friend, Patton, who he could really confide in. Virgil was as angry as he was anxious about life, and both sides of him could get extreme. Unhealthily extreme. Roman had a complicated mind, and his thoughts were much louder than normal. If there were one word to sum him up, it'd be 'confused.' Though he keeps a smile on at all times, his mind constantly interferes with his attempts at simply being happy. Because he had nothing to compare his brain with, he couldn't determine if something was wrong with him or if it was completely normal. Virgil has always tried his hardest to stay out of the the way of the others in the mind scape, to not cause any problems. He was a very nonconfrontational person, after all. This was kinda odd for me, writing in Virgil's point of view, mostly because I like to stray very, VERY far from the whole, "dayum they're hawt... Woit wat?" Kinda stuff. But Virgil is kinda, y'know, anxiety... Either way, I still tried to keep it on a restraining order, minimum distance of 40 ft. ;P. However, there definitely was some internal conflict going on.
