While she is best friends with Frisk, the two trust each other at all times. Although... how far can (Y/n) run from her past? Especially when both her and Frisk are primary targets to it...

Okay, so an important note. This story will have shorter chapters. Probably around 1500+ words each. Whenever I am unable to preform a larger update for my other story, I will instead do this one. Anyway, I hope that you guys enjoy! Sans will also have a possessive nature in this, fair warning. Also, this is rated mature. So keep that in mind while reading.

Instead of you being a human, you're a monster in the Underground. I will continue to go back and edit or merge parts until I have completed the story. I am not affiliated in any way with fangamer.com. This is my 1st story in a VERY long time. I like to do things a little different as far as reader inserts go. 1. Instead of Y/N for your name, I use _______. Why? Because when I'm reading a story and read Y/N I think Y/N and then have to remember the name of the character I've made in my head, where as if I see _____, I immediately replace it with the name because there is no word for me to read. Love it or hate it, comment. I can be persuaded if the masses disagree. 2. I don't do H/C, E/C, etc., because it does the same thing that Y/N does for me. Instead, I will be as vague as I can on insert character descriptions giving the reader more freedom to imagine what they look like without forcing it down their throats. 3. For undertale specifically, I am more inclined to make monster!reader inserts, because that makes more sense to me. This will not always be the case. If the masses prefers human!reader inserts, comment so that I may be persuaded to do so. Also, feel free to ask for requests. The more requests I get, the more inclined I will be to do more stories. They don't just have to be undertale related. I will give you credit for any requests at the beginning of the story.Complete

What will Sans the Skeleton do when his best friend is so terribly ill that not even his jokes make her smile or laugh - or is that because she is deaf?
