He opened the door slowly, making sure it doesn't make a sound. In the middle of the room, he found a little girl. 'What the-' He taught, 'Where did this child come from?'. The little girl noticed his presence in the room, looked up at him with big bright eyes, and happily exclaimed, "Papa!". Taken aback, Tavio can only think of one thing, 'What have I gotten myself into?' ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Tavio is a recluse young man who was disowned by his own family, especially by his own brother, for a crime he did not do. Now living in the quaint district of Pateros, far away from the province where his family resides, he made it an undertaking to solely focus on his job and money to the point it becomes his only drive to continue on his miserable life. His neighbors called him strange. His ex-friends thinks he won't recover. Seems like he'll be stuck in this loop for his entire life. That is until his money goes missing. Distraught and devastated, he later on finds a little girl in the midst of the investigation. No one knows where she came from so no one knows who her parents actually are. Tavio takes it upon himself to adopt the child and take care of her. Little did he know that this little girl will end up rekindling the spirit in him that has laid dead for years.
