After escaping Reach from the covenant's glassing, The UNSC ship called the kill running stumbled upon a unknown planet called pandora. Hyperion attack the ship because Jack must make sure no UNSC can't find it. 

A squad of Spartans called the Fireteam Delta survived including the rest of the Marine's. They stable a base and then Lilith and Roland found them and they team up.

Now Fireteam Delta must find the new vault hunters and win a war against Handsome Jack and stop from from activated the Warrior.
