When Hope's Peak Academy decides to send the 79th class overseas to Paris for the year, the class have to learn how to live in a city home to superheroes who exist thanks to magic jewelry, super villains made using butterflies, crazy bloggers who care more about getting footage than their own safety, an unjust justice system that is basically run by a narcissistic teenage girl and her constantly guilt tripped father, and the most emotionally unstable teenagers you have ever seen. 

How will the sixteen Ultimates function in their new environment? Will some become heroes or fall to the dark side of Paris? And will some hidden secrets be revealed?
