"Jungkook wait!" Taehyung called out as the latter stormed off.
Jungkook halted in his steps and turned to face Taehyung.
"What the fuck were you thinking?" Jungkook cursed, anger apparent.
"I don't know, but I have been driving myself crazy, making a fool out of myself, trying everything possible to save whatever is left between us. But here, you are just throwing yourself at Jimin every chance you get!"
Jungkook paused, his eyebrows furrowed as he swiftly turned around, "that's not fair, he is just a friend!"
Taehyung scoffed.
"Just a friend, huh? I can see the way you act around him, look at him, why don't you look at me the same way Kookie, why? Why don't you?"
"Tae.. I- " Jungkook began, tears welling up in his eyes.
"No no it's ok, I know your memory is probably never coming back and I am just a stranger to you." Taehyung interrupted.
"Tae...I'm not trying to hurt you...but I am tired, just so tired...and I'm sorry, so sorry..." Jungkook muttered, voice thick with emotion.
"How can you just look at the boy you love and simply walk away?" Taehyung whispered.
Jungkook stared at him with teary eyes, unable to reply to his simple yet so difficult query. Taehyung sighed, he turned around and proceeded to walk away.
"Taehyung..." Jungkook called out, he watched as the latter turned to look at him. "I hope that I can love someone, someday, the same way you love me."
Taehyung softly exhaled, looked ahead and just left.
