AU where Finn has both his metal arm and his grass sword comes back. Fern is subconsciously there, not sure if he'll make a full physical appearance but the grass sword (along with the idea of Fern) will also be included.

Finn the Human, hero of the Land of 'Ooo'. Jake the dog, best friend to Finn and hero to Ooo. Finn and Jake did everything together, they confided in each other. If one person messes with Jake, they'd mess with Finn, and vice versa. They agreed they'd stick by each other and do anything to save one another.
But when Jake gets into deep, deep trouble with their most sworn enemy, Finn vows to save his best friend and do whatever it takes to make sure Jake is home, safe and sound. And that's a promise that Finn will keep, for as long as he lives, no matter what.
