It's Harry's junior year at Goswarth High, and things are going well - he's got a girlfriend, he's set for life with riches from his dad's hedge fund, and his band is taking off. But with great success comes great responsibility, and Harry's hormonally-addled thinking isn't able to handle a hot drummer, a preachy (and weirdly irresistible?) rival, and the promise of worldwide fame. Add a sackful of steamy secrets into the mix - not to mention the vices of a blackmailed Ron, an overworked Hermione, an angsting Draco, and an ambitious Ginny - and you get a prom that's all thorns and no roses.
