After the death of Tony Stark, Harley Keener wants to continue his legacy to become the next Iron Man. He downloads the remnants of the destroyed Vision's operating system to Stark's old armor. He models the armor calling himself Iron Lad. During his new life in San Francisco, he encounters Peter Parker who is under witness protection program by S.H.I.E.L.D.S. after being exposed by Mysterio. He also meets Riri Williams from a multiverse. Also he encounters villains such as Zeke Stane and Madame Masque.
