Nina glanced at her watch, 10. Maya dodged the gear furiously to the glass, her hands starting to bleed. 9. I banged hard with mine too, 8. I already felt my breathing starting to get harder. I looked at Ala's body in the distance. 7. Nina started shaking her watch as if it would freeze time, 6. Chen started to scream for help as if some one would hear, 5. I started thinking about the happy moments I had in life. This was it, the glass wouldn't break. 4. Sasha pointed to the glass. We saw a blurry figure above us but it was too blurry from the blood stained glass to make out anything. 3, all of us glanced at each other with tears of sadness. 2, we were all going to die. Nina's watch started to beep, 1. Hold your breaths and hold your screams, this was the end.

This is the story of when me and the girls decided to come two hours early to train for the swimming competition and all of us regret.

Queen of Thieves

61 parts Complete

A tale in which a thief with a double life grudgingly becomes a hero. ➳ Liana Mason has a life anyone would envy. Nobody suspects that the once orphaned girl grew up to be the city's notorious vigilante. She has been fine walking on the edge of morality for much of her life, but when an assassin arrives in her city she's forced to play a role she never imagined she'd choose: hero. A Robin Hood retelling. Trigger Warning: This contains themes that may be triggering for some readers (violence, sexual assault, etc). Cover designed by Ray Gardener
