This is based on what happened after mockingjay. Peeta, Katniss and Haymitch are all back in District 12. Everything is going well until the un-expected happens. No one would've ever thought that it would've happened, but it did. Base on Katniss' point of view. She had a dark past there- She started school a year earlier than Harry and others because that's the system there. Snow Potter would visit Hogwarts every single year at the end of the year to get close with her brother and make friends but also to help with conflicts ( she was there to find Sirius Black, Sorcerer's Stone, etc. Btw, she went to school in the US(witchcraft) and it was slightly more advanced there so she knows more than Harry.
