The events after the Fleetway Arc, Fleetway returns but not alone, She used some DNA from your friends and now is destroying the city. Infinite and the others was rescue by Sonic, Shadow and Sliver. You and Meggy arrived back to the Castle. You and Meggy will have to find a way to stop the war and from the help from Sonic and the gang and your friends, stop Fleetway before she makes her final move. Fleetway also went to Dr.Eggman and ask him if he wants to take over the world to make his Eggman Empire. Dr.Eggman accepted and use his robots to create his empire.

As the SMG4 gang stumble and find themselves lost inside of a mysterious forest, they discover a glowing cave that holds a sacred crystal that is said to grant good fortune and power, but also dangerous consequences. To the groups surprise, the crystal gives each and one of them a special power. Except for SMG4. When they realize what kind of power the crystal really holds, SMG4 decides to take it back to the Showgrounds for further inspection and safety. Not just for that... but to also figure out why all of his friends have something special within them, but he doesn't. But what he doesn't realize is that power is hungrier than the people who want it. ("Episode" in the title basically means that it's an episode length instead of the usual novel or "movie" length.) So different, it seems that they aren't destined to work as a team, or even cooperate as friends. But fate seems to think otherwise, when the three end up meeting and go on an adventure that starts their tale. This is the beginning of the tale of Mario, Sonic, and Kate. This is the beginning of the Tale of the Three Heroes.
