The Town of Deadwood was always foggy throughout the fall and spring seasons. Legend says that once you enter the town you can never leave it, even if you tried the fog will always bring you right back. A town that was different from the other towns of the country, it was full of supernaturals. From Vampires to Werewolves, witches and warlocks, angels to demons, you name it. However, the town seemed to change overtime. The human population was slowly decreasing and the supernaturals have been disappearing. something strange is happening in Deadwood and I need to find what's happening before the whole town dies and I die with it.

Every year, my town chooses a sacrifice for the demon that "watches over" our home. In exchange for a person from the village between the ages of 17 to 25, the demon protects our village. And because of that pact, our village is protected for the next year, under the demon's watchful eyes. No one knows what happens to those who the demon chooses, but there's a lot of theories about it. One is that the demon eats or absorbs those who are chosen - another, that it kills them. But this year, I'm the one who's chosen. I get to meet the demon I've feared since I was a child, and now that I'm 24, and am considered an adult, I could have left the village behind. But I didn't. Something inside me told me to stay. Now, I'm going to die. I just know it. I can't leave now, or run away, because the town would be unprotected for a whole year, and that's where my family lives.
