Within a few  months the human population on the earth reduced to a mere 35%. The rest?? Cold, Unfeeling, emotionless, and dead walking corpses. This is the beginning of hell on earth. 

Having known nothing about the outside world his entire life, Ash Kage finally gets the chance to venture outside. Only the world is not what he expects it to be. Every step needed to be threaded carefully. Every breath taken softly and every decision made wisely. Even after joining a group of survivors, he is not safe. His ability is both a blessing and a curse. There are people who want to destroy him, other who want to study him and then there are those who want to use him. 

Whom to trust? Whom to hate? The question becomes blurred when memories of a past life resurfaces. And to make matters worse there is a man who shares these ability. Rhys Grant seems to hate Ash for a past the boy doesn't seem to be aware of.
