Where the oceans are in the skies and the clouds mingle among the feathered grasses, a kingdom lies nestled between two mountains. A peaceful kingdom where centaurs gallop in herds and fauns dance around bonfires under the rising moon. Incredibly prosperous, the Svanur royal family rules in peace, their hallmark being their wings.
With every kingdom comes a king or queen. Next after her father, Kara is to be queen and inherit the throne. But as she grows from child to adult and her wings with her, there is a force wanting to strike her down.
Before her coronation, an attack on one of the villages ensues; a village she was visiting. When the man who was planning to snuff her out steals her wings and sends them to the Midworld, Kara's rage pushes her... and nothing can stop her from getting them back.

Long ago, there was a village of vikings on a small island known as Berk, which suffered weekly, sometimes even nightly raids from fire breathing dragons. However the chief's wife, Valka, believed peace was possible between the Vikings and Dragons but no one believed her. During a terrible raid, she was taken by a dragon that showed signs of kindness. However she wasn't the only one taken since she grabbed her infant, Hiccup Haddock the Third, to keep him away from a fire started by the dragon who was startled by her husband. Over the years, the boy grew up hating dragons and counted down the days until he could join the warriors in battle, defending his village and avenging his brother and mother. However his father always kept him inside the forge during raids in fear of losing the only family he had left. There, the boy became a bit of an inventor as well as a decent blacksmith. Around 2 months after the Great Elemental War had ended, The Raven and Viking slowly started to adjust to their new titles of the prince and princess of the ocean kingdom. Peace had carved itself around the kingdom and the fellow kingdoms surrounding it, all except for one major one. While others were slowly putting the pieces back together, one kingdom was still suffering. The Raven was no longer surrounded with the lovingness of peace and prosperity.
