SureCall Contact Centers was founded and evolved over 35 years ago by Marc Bombenon in Canada. Marc, having worked in the telecommunications industry since University realized the need for 24/7 communications that would assist businesses and people. He identified the need by organizations and businesses to have a center that would help them handle customer and client requests and related customer issues.
