A horror story based off Beauty and The Beast ~

Forced to hide from Nimowian officials for participating in the Elsish rebellion, Ashbi retreats to their safe house, an old mansion rumored to have housed the characters from a local tall tale. The mysteriously beheaded "Beast" and his wife, the so-called "Beauty," are said to have died in the very house, and Elsish rebels seeking refuge are starting to feel unsafe.

Ghost sightings put rebellion members on edge, and the arrival of a foreign boy boy who seems to have mysterious ties with the strange house makes Ashbi wonder if there are things she needs to hide from more sinister than the threat of being captured by racist officials.
