At the time of Julius Caesar, a small sapling takes root in a shady valley in Northern California. The young tree continues to grow through a succession of tumultuous world events. The demise of the Roman Empire, the Crusades, the voyages of Christopher Columbus, two world wars, the birth of television and the internet all pass in time, as the special Redwood tree continues to grow to an astounding height of 375 feet.

Affectionately named "Yesterday's Giant" by environmentalists, the two thousand year old tree is, unfortunately, located a few hundred feet outside the protective boundaries of a National Park. Despite the outcry of its protectors, the ancient Redwood falls to victim to the chainsaws of an unscrupulous saw mill owner.

Three items handcrafted from the wood of the fallen giant serve as the focal point of this entertaining tale of love, lust and redemption. The items are: A Wedding Bed, Two Cradles and a Coffin. This suspenseful story is full of unusual twists and turns. Enjoyable for all readers.

A Royal Secret

42 parts Complete

Forced to trade identities with a dead woman, Chara becomes entangled in a web of deception that would no doubt cost her her very life in the end. * Chara has lived all her life as a slave. But all of that changes in a tragic accident that brings to an end the life of many, including a woman named Rose Cartridge, while sparing Chara's life. Reeling from the shock of the accident, Chara discovers that the only way to be completely free from her slavery is to take on Rose Cartridge's identity, journey to London and take Rose's place in an arranged marriage to a man who thankfully never met Rose Cartridge before her death. * In order to win an election, Jeffery Hendrix must marry, but only temporarily, for the duration of the elections. So he strikes a deal with a man, agreeing to pay off his debt in exchange for his daughter's hand in marriage. But as the days progress and his feelings for the mysterious Rose Cartridge progresses along with them, Jeffery soon finds that his heart is not the only thing he stands to lose to Rose... ...he stands to lose her completely.
