making room for the moon.
the stars twirled to your voice.

soft and smooth,
I got lost.
I was trapped
in what felt like a
never ending summer .
I woke up in my cold
windowless bedroom.
The was no sun,it rained hard.
The stars had once
collapsed from the sky.

Sometimes we fear truth over reality. But things get dark and heavy and we play the blame game. We end up hurting others or ourselves even. We don't think before we act or we don't say before we do. This is the evolution of my madness. A cluster of rants and thoughts and poems for you guys. "Unfortunately, I wish it was just a made-up story, something that belonged in the realm of fiction. But it isn't. I'm guessing it started happily at first. Just a naive 10-year-old enjoying what life threw at her. As they say, when life gives you lemons, make lemonade. But I didn't. I longed for more. With my lemons, I wanted lemonade, lemon cake, lemon pie, honey and lemon juice, lemon tea, and even lemon water!" I guess now I can't have any of that anymore, right? I messed up big time, and I'll bear the consequences for it all. I just have one wish though... For every person out there that was quiet, not because they chose to be so, but because they were choking in the smoke. Because their opinions were apparently not worth anything. Because they didn't know just how to say what they felt. For every person that is consumed by their own thoughts, the derision from the outside world only making it worse. For every soul that was drowning in remorse and anguish on restless nights. For every soul that says I love you in the dark and in the mirror because no one else does. For the floors we would pace while anxiety sunk its teeth into us. For the mirrors that we would break while shame echoed its laugh in our caged walls. She stayed silent for a while. "Forget it. You don't have feelings for me. Forget it." "Taehyung, I do have feelings for you, it's just-" "No, you don't. If you did, then you wouldn't treat me like a paper bag, or like I'm just at your disposal." I was starting to lose my grip, my legs felt like jello and I could barely see her anymore. I see this amazing, charming and handsome man in front of me. I smile when thinking about you.
