The Ascension

After the sudden death of her mother, Morrigan is faced with one of the toughest challenges in her life. Taking up her mother's legacy as their coven's new High Priestess. Before she can, she needs to prove to the elders of the coven that not only she, but her boyfriend Danny, are capable of taking over. While Morrigan has been trained by her mother her entire life, Danny has not.

Now, with her mother's High Priest, Lucas, wanting to step down when Morrigan ascends, she and Danny have only days to prove themselves to the elders. Neither Morrigan or Danny are fully confident on their ability to take up leadership. Lucas, however, believes the two are not only what the other needs, but what the coven needs to recover.
