Nick Steven's parents were hunters being a hunter runs in him and his sister Skylar's blood. his dad was killed while on a hunt and his dad taught him some stuff about hunting and how to defend himself In case something happened.
his mom died from an illness
his grandparents are dead his grandmother died of old age and his grandfather died while trying to protect him and his sister from a monster Nick killed the monster and has been taking care of his sister ever since. they finished school and then Nick went off to become a hunter like his parents and to make sure that no one ever had to deal with someone they love being killed by a monster his sister also hunts with him so he can keep an eye on her and make sure she stays safe. during their journey, they come across the Winchester Brothers and they hunt with them and become good friends and even become one of the family.
