Jasmine helps Emily along the way and together the two of them meet obstacles, such as a few new friends, and as Emily learns more about the world she was hidden away from, the more she wants to get her mother back. But when Emily finds her mother at the mercy of her father, Emily takes revenge. The Hunters scout out terrain, reclaim Dead Zones, and are the eyes and ears of the City- the Warlocks research the secrets of the fundamental ideas of the Darkness, predict future events, and enthrall themselves in the workings of the Light to understand it and to find new ways to work it into the Guardians arsenal- and finally, the Titans, Defenders of the Last City, and the burning lights of hope in the shadows. Honor-driven. Leaders. Warriors. The Protectors of Humanity. Deeply intertwined in the history of the Last City.
