We didn't know this was going to turn out to be a mess. We both agreed we would try. But trying ended us up in tears. Fearing for one's life while the other was completely fine. Realizing the signs of obsession. Add in a dystopian society. Where the control lies within three groups. The Immune, The Pure and The Cleansed. These three groups stabilize life on Earth.

Kyler Bradley was Pure. She was always going to end up with a Pure until one day she fell into the river near the Immunes Border.

Meeting Mint Miller who was immune to all forms of human and accepted love. Immune to any humane feelings that the Pure and the Cleansed felt on a daily basis. They were different. Meeting at a glance. Their pasts colliding, and their futures in each others hands.

Linley was a cleansed human. She lived her life freely without immunity or purity holding her back. This person supported the Pure and helped the Immune feel a sense of belonging. But of course, she was never enough. And that is why the Immune and the Pure clashed as well as combined.

The pure was condemned to a life of caring and love leading them down a road of misery. The pure is swallowed into the pain of others. Heart aching for what they can't change, cracking a little more as they continue to care and pain themselves for others. This is where caring and love leads you. One person can change another's path to that exact love and care.

This is what happens, the air fills with toxicity. Sometimes you just can't save one without hurting the other.
