you're in a cage. you try to find a key. you're trying to find anything to get out of that small cage that is making you go insane. suddenly these voices come and scream at you. "you'll never be able to get out" "your too weak to get out of that cage" "you will not go anywhere" they surround you. they make you feel small. you panic. you scream. you scream for help. louder and louder hoping that somebody will come and save you. then silence. everything goes quiet. all you hear are the whispers of the voices that are taking to each other. you get confused. you realize that they really aren't there. they are in your head. your head is saying these things. they are controlling you. they came in your head and made your head their new home. when you realize it, you try to calm down and try to make those screaming voices out of your head. it's hard though, you let them in and now they are controlling you and they don't want to leave. it's like they locked themselves in there now all you have to do is make them go away, slowly. that's the thing. the mind is powerful. the more negative thoughts you feed it, the more it's controlling. so the key to get out is to reason, calmly. to get yourself out of the cage, to get rid of those voices. no one else can help you except yourself because no one has your mind except for you. and you are the only person strong enough to control that crazy mind.

They say what's in the past keep it in the past but I wanted to know all about my past. It was things that I didn't know and that I wanted and needed to know! But my life turned upside down when my past is exactly what I should have left alone.
